1. What UCHIA Homes is
UCHIA Homes connects renters and landlords so they can find each other, communicate, and arrange a rental. UCHIA Homes is not a party to any lease, does not manage properties, and does not guarantee the accuracy of listings or the conduct of any user.
2. Accounts
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be legally able to enter into a rental agreement to use this service.
3. Listings and conduct
Landlords are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. Fraudulent listings, harassment, discrimination, or misuse of the messaging system may result in account suspension.
4. No warranty
The service is provided "as is." UCHIA Homes does not verify the identity, creditworthiness, or intentions of any user beyond what is explicitly shown as "verified" in the app, and even verified status is not a guarantee.
5. Limitation of liability
UCHIA Homes is not liable for disputes, damages, or losses arising from interactions, leases, or agreements between users.
6. Changes
These terms may be updated as the service evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
