1. What we collect
Account information (name, email, password), profile details (photo, role), listing details (address, price, description, photos), applications and messages you send through the app, and verification status you complete.
2. How we use it
To operate the marketplace: matching renters with listings, enabling applications and messaging between users, and sending email notifications about activity on your account (new applications, status updates, new messages).
3. Who can see it
Your name and verification badges are visible to other users you interact with. Landlords see applications and messages sent to their listings; renters see the landlord's name once they message. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4. Data storage
Data is stored using Supabase (hosted database and file storage) and email notifications are sent via Resend. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security practices.
5. Your choices
You can update or delete your profile information at any time. To request full account deletion, contact us using the email below.
